- Description
We are recruiting for a market-leading aircraft leasing client that is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring lease compliance and execution of lease terms.
- Manage relationships with customers.
- Responsible for all aspects of the contracts administration process.
- Manage rent and overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collection, debt service, security deposit, and letters of credit management.
- Management of maintenance reserve processes.
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the company’s corporate management system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant contracts or asset management experience within the aircraft leasing industry.
- Experience managing customer relationships
