- Description
My client is a rapid-growth aircraft leasing company which is looking for a Contract and Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assess and onboard clients and transaction structures.
- Responsible for evaluating, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date client due diligence documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of all regulatory and AML filings.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements for a portfolio of aircraft leasing entities.
- Monitor compliance risks and provide compliance training.
- Engage in aircraft leasing working groups focused on compliance matters.
- Accurately record all lease and contract details in the company's lease management system.
- Assist in the preparation or evaluation of intercompany loan agreements within the Irish platform.
- Perform additional tasks to support aircraft leasing transactions.
Requirements
- Four + years’ experience in a contract management, compliance, company secretarial or contract management function from a corporate services provider or aircraft leasing firm
- Degree in law or equivalent
- Aircraft leasing experience
