Our client, a global aircraft leasing company, is currently experiencing growth and has an exciting opportunity for Aircraft Leasing VP Credit and Strategy to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Credit and pricing analysis assessing structured asset finance transactions for commercial aircraft including asset and counterparty risk.
- Leading credit team in developing credit and risk processes, including financial models, quantitative screens, and qualitative market analysis.
- Analysing deal structures and cash flows to maximise investor returns.
- Producing detailed credit analysis of individual airlines including, liquidity, cash flow, leverage, fleet, and network analysis.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in aircraft leasing and investing is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and fundamentals around aircraft leasing and financing.
- Business writing skills and ability to present analysis in a clear, rational, and visually effective manner, particularly when contributing to pitch decks, investor materials and ad-hoc project work covering specific industry topics.
- Proven abilities in analysing companies/airlines and sector trends.
- Strong work ethic and a deep sense of accountability.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to produce high-quality work in a timely and efficient manner.
