We are exclusively recruiting for a rapid-growth Engine Leasing company which has a requirement for a HR Project Manager, based in Shannon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company which has an excellent reputation. This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional with Project Management experience to join a dynamic and expanding company in the aviation leasing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Develop audit protocols and checklists to streamline compliance monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives.
- Review payroll data, including time records and employee deductions, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Project manage a wide range of global initiatives across the company.
- Approve payroll runs and authorize the release of funds for employee payments, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Project management experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Proven project management experience.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a HR function.
- Project Management qualification desirable.
