Aircraft Leasing SVP Contract Management

About the Job:

Our client, a leading global lessor, is seeking an SVP Contract Management to join their team. This company has a long-standing history of success and has been at the forefront of global expansion. Utilizing their comprehensive global network, they are positioned among the elite in the leasing industry, providing competitive and versatile financing solutions backed by assured capital availability.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor a team across multiple regions to ensure effective lease management, contract administration, document control, and insurance processes.
  • Develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures related to delivery and redelivery processes, securing approval and adherence.
  • Oversee fleet and transactional insurance management.
  • Supervise the entire lifecycle of aircraft transactions, including deliveries, redeliveries, sales, and acquisitions.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high levels of customer service and support.
  • Manage all aspects of contract administration and maintain a portfolio of letters of credit.
  • Monitor compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory audits.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing aircraft leasing contracts.
  • Strong project management skills with hands-on operational experience and a proven track record in closing complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process and metrics, ensuring accuracy and the ability to influence and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
