My client is a high-profile aircraft leasing firm looking to recruit a Paralegal for its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile aircraft lessor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide document and transaction support to the legal team
- Structuring and drafting of various legal documentation and agreements such as lease amendments, side letters, conditions precedent and corporate approvals
- Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties
- Manage the closing of sales - oversee all necessary documentation is delivered and completed
- Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised
Experience:
- Relevant third-level qualification
- Previous experience working in an aircraft leasing company, law firm or corporate environment
- Proven track record in drafting and reviewing legal documents
