- Description
Our client is a leading aircraft leasing company which has an opening for a Senior Accounting Manager. This role involves managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the business, ensuring financial integrity, and regulatory compliance, and providing strategic support for fund operations and investments. You will collaborate closely with internal accounting teams, external auditors and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical accounting analysis for aircraft/leasing transactions
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Review and prepare financial statements and investor reports
- Manage financial reporting deadlines and audit inquiries
- Manage Fund cash forecasts and lead process improvement projects
Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in Accounting
- Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience (private equity, aircraft leasing, multinational, or global organizations)
- Public accounting experience at a Big-4 firm
- Hands-on GL and Consolidation experience
- People management experience
- Oracle Fusion experience desired
