Aircraft Leasing VP Commercial - Toulouse
My client is currently recruiting for a VP Commercial to join their aircraft leasing team based in Toulouse.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the EMEA Sales and Marketing function
- Liaise with OEM team to ensure aircraft are delivered on time and in accordance with lease specifications
- OEM and Senior Aviation Industry relationship management
- Be involved in strategic analysis of potential customers and placement opportunities across the EMEA region
- Liaise with Legal, Technical, Marketing, Finance and other departments within the company
- Develop and execute complex aircraft lease transactions
- Advise senior management on marketing strategy and long term sales in EMEA
Requirements:
- Extensive previous experience in a similar commercial role in the aviation industry
- Proven track record of commercial aircraft placement in EMEA
- Extensive experience and market knowledge of aviation: airlines, leasing, OEM, MRO and lessors
- Extensive network within the OEM world and the EMEA market
- Proven track record of relationship management and client origination
- Willing to travel extensively and be based in Toulouse office
- Ideally in-house experience from a commercial aircraft leasing company
