Aircraft Leasing Technical Analyst
We are seeking a Technical Analyst with a strong background in managing aircraft technical records in a Stamford based role. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of records for our client's global fleet while supporting key business activities such as aircraft acquisitions, sales, and lease transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Records Management: Maintain and manage airframe and engine records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Support: Collaborate with the Technical Team to streamline record-keeping processes and support lease transitions, acquisitions, and sales.
- Data Analysis: Review lease contracts, calculate lease rate escalations, and maintain technical data to support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless record management and access.
- System Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the records management system.
Requirements
- Experience: Undergraduate degree with at least 18 months of experience in technical records, preferably within the aviation sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and models.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
