Aircraft Leasing Contract Manager (x3)
We are recruiting for a number of lessors (established and new entrants) which are looking for candidates with strong aircraft leasing contract management experience for their offices in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring lease compliance and execution of lease terms
- Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers
- Responsible for all aspects of the contracts administration process
- Manage rent and overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collection, debt service, security deposit and letters of credit management
- Management of maintenance reserve process
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the CMS
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- 3+ years' relevant contracts or asset management experience in aircraft leasing
