Helicopter Leasing Director, Fleet Programs

My client, an industry leader in helicopter leasing seeks a strategic addition to its technical team to support fleet enhancement and lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage technical support programs and OEM/MRO partnerships
  • Lead secondary mission initiatives including aircraft upgrades and conversions
  • Oversee STC development and integration projects
  • Maintain performance databases and support delivery/redelivery phases
  • Monitor obsolescence and coordinate investment in fleet improvements

    • Requirements:


  • 9+ years in leasing, OEM, or helicopter operations
  • Licensed helicopter engineer (EASA/FAA) with relevant type experience
  • Solid project management and negotiation background
