About the Job:
An international aircraft leasing platform is seeking a Contract Manager to join its Dublin-based Contracts Management team. This role involves overseeing commercial contracts and financial data for multiple airline clients, ensuring accuracy in lease records, billing, reconciliations, and compliance tracking. You will act as a key contact for both airline customers and internal stakeholders, supporting critical financial processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease data and key terms across internal systems
- Generate and reconcile invoices for rent, deposits, and maintenance reserves
- Monitor receivables, track cash receipts, and prepare financial reports
- Interface directly with clients to resolve queries and maintain compliance
- Support monthly and annual reconciliations and audit processes
- Monitor Letters of Credit and key contractual milestones
Qualifications:
- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience; exposure to aviation or leasing is a plus
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with contract management systems is desirable
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
