Our client, a global aircraft lessor, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support its compliance and governance team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance internal policies to align with regulatory and parent company standards.
- Monitor business process changes and track internal audit outcomes.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and shareholders.
- Coordinate compliance meetings and liaise with cross-functional teams to promote a compliance culture.
- Assist with controls testing, SoD conflict reviews, and contribute to risk-related projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or audit within financial services or a regulated sector.
- Strong understanding of control frameworks and compliance best practices.
- Aviation finance or leasing exposure is advantageous but not essential.
