My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Procurement Director to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow across global warehouse locations, overseeing aircraft parts storage, audit, and disposal processes.
- Lead procurement activities for aircraft parts and Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) for new deliveries.
- Negotiate and enforce supplier agreements, monitoring KPIs and on-time delivery targets.
- Interface with OEMs, MROs, and logistics partners to ensure timely support of fleet operations.
- Maintain accurate records through enterprise supply systems and support audit and compliance processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in aircraft leasing, airline or MRO procurement and materials management.
- Strong negotiation, logistics and systems skills.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA/FAA regulations and aircraft material documentation standards.
