Aircraft Leasing Powerplant Engineer x 2
My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting two Powerplant Engineers to join its technical team in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities
• Oversee engine events including shop visits, lease returns, and technical audits
• Analyse fleet performance data and manage engine reliability reporting
• Review maintenance documentation, trace files, and regulatory compliance records
• Collaborate with global MROs, OEMs, and lessees on operational and commercial issues
• Provide internal input on engine strategy, lifecycle planning, and asset evaluationRequirements
• 3+ years in engine-focused roles within airlines, MROs, or leasing platforms
• Strong experience with engine transitions, maintenance oversight, and lease obligations
• Knowledge of on-wing engine maintenance practices and engine transportation requirements
• Experience with engine shop visitsA market-leading package and long-term progression are available for the right candidate.
