Paralegal - Aircraft Leasing
An Aircraft Leasing client based in Dublin City Centre is looking for a Paralegal to support their legal team in many areas such as transactions such as aircraft sales, acquisitions and lease.
Responsibilities:
- Provide document and transaction support to the legal team
- Structuring and drafting of various legal agreements
- Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties
- Completion of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on counterparties
- Liaise with internal departments answering and resolving contract disparities and other contract queries
- Provide additional support as required by senior team members
- Network and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and partners such as airlines, banks etc.
Requirements:
- Third level degree in a law or business
- 1-2 years' legal experience within aircraft leasing company, law firm or corporate environment
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of databases and document management systems
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
