My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Senior Paralegal to join its legal team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Support legal execution of aircraft and engine transactions, including lease amendments, novations, and deliveries.
- Draft and manage closing documents, board resolutions, certificates, NDAs, and notices.
- Coordinate with external counsel, lenders, and internal teams across deal cycles.
- Assist in transaction tracking, legal admin, and precedent management across portfolios.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ legal experience in aircraft leasing or aviation finance, either in-house or in private practice.
- Strong drafting and legal admin skills; experience with corporate and transactional legal processes.
- A degree in law or a related discipline is preferred.
