We’re partnering with a leading global aviation finance & leasing platform to hire an Associate, Business Analyst for its high-performing London team. A rare opportunity to gain broad commercial exposure, work on live transactions, and accelerate your career in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll work across commercial strategy, analytics, capital markets, and transaction execution, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing directly to investment decisions.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 2+ years in Aviation/Asset Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, or Leasing
- Strong analytical & financial modelling skills
- Understanding of aviation financing structures (ABS, warehouses, term loans)
What You’ll Do
- Support client coverage and commercial outreach
- Build financial models and analytics to support transactions
- Contribute to structuring, negotiation, and capital solutions
- Prepare market analysis, investor materials, and presentations
