My client is a leading aircraft lessor, which is hiring a Paralegal / Senior Paralegal to join its Legal team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive legal professional to support high-value aircraft leasing and financing transactions in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the legal team across end-to-end aircraft leasing and finance transactions
- Draft and prepare corporate authorities, resolutions, and related transaction documentation
- Assist with the coordination of legal documentation and manage execution processes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Support account openings, documentation tracking, and transaction closing deliverables
- Provide broader corporate legal support and assist with special projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (law or business preferred)
- Experience in aircraft leasing or a similar legal, corporate, or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, and comfortable learning new systems
