Aircraft Leasing VP Powerplant
My client is a leading aircraft leasing company seeking an Aircraft Leasing VP Powerplant to join their Dublin-based technical and procurement team. This strategic role focuses on maximising engine asset value and driving commercial efficiency across delivery, transition, and maintenance events.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engine-related input to aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, and transitions.
- Manage engine overhauls, shop visits, and contractor performance.
- Liaise with OEMs and MROs to optimise cost control and technical outcomes.
- Support lease and LOI negotiations to ensure engine asset protection.
- Represent the business at OEM and industry events, contributing to market engagement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in engine MRO, OEM, or leasing.
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent FAA/EASA licence.
- Proven commercial and technical engine expertise.
