Aircraft Leasing VP Technical
My client is a leading aircraft lessor seeking a VP Technical to join their Technical team in Dublin. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing aircraft transitions and supporting the business's commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage aircraft redeliveries and transitions, including budgeting, MRO oversight, and regulatory liaison
- Negotiate technical terms of LOIs and leases across new and used aircraft
- Oversee external consultants and ensure project timelines and technical quality
- Interface with internal departments to enhance risk visibility on aircraft assets
Requirements
- Engineering degree or FAA/EASA licence with 4+ years in aircraft transition management
- Airline or MRO background with deep knowledge of maintenance, records, and lease terms
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
