My client, a leading aircraft leasing platform, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
- Manage monthly payment runs, creditor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
- Review and analyse senior management travel expenses and recharges
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support finance leadership with ad-hoc projects and journal entries
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable at manager level
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
