Aircraft Leasing Finance Junior Accountant
We are recruiting an Aircraft Leasing Financial Accountant for an aircraft leasing company based in Dublin City Centre.
Your role as Finance Junior Accountant:
The successful candidate will be exposed to numerous areas of the finance function with specific attention to the following:
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accountants
- Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements and related packs
- Liaison with the external audit teams throughout the year
- Preparation and review of bank reconciliations
- Preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns
- Review, accounting and reporting of all forms of company costs and expenses
- Assist in the administration, management and development of the general ledger platform
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Junior Accountant or training to become a qualified accountant
- Excellent academic record
- Attention to detail and numerical ability
- A positive team approach, capable of working on own initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, problem solver
