Aircraft Leasing - Accounts Payable Executive
My client, an aircraft leasing company based in Dublin city centre are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to this exciting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and credit notes for payment runs.
- Vendor account management, liaise with internal departments to resolve any invoice issues.
- Manage invoice discrepancy and log queries.
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- File and archive invoices.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Process employee expenses.
- Manage the AP monthly close.
- Evaluate and develop existing systems and processes to ensure accurate, timely and value-added reporting.
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
Experience:
- At least 6 months accounts payable experience.
- High volume multinational experience preferable.
- Highly motivated, technically astute with strong Excel skills.
