Executive Assistant - €35k, FTC
Our client is a market leading company and they are now hiring an Executive Assistant to join their busy team based in Dublin.
The position is offered on a 6-month contract basis.
The Role:
- Diary management
- Prepare and organise meetings on a global scale
- Travel management
- Provide admin support to a team of Directors
- Processing invoices and manage financial administration
- Organize team off-sites/events
- Ensure email lists, org charts and other administrative systems are regularly maintained and current
- Liaise with internal and external parties
The Person:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Great attention to detail
- Exercise absolute discretion at all times
