Customer Service Agent
A market leading company in now recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy team based in Dublin.
The position is offered on an initial 6-month contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a fast and effective manner
- Develop an excellent knowledge of products and services
- Ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction
- Assess customer accounts, correcting any billing errors/charges and processing refunds
- Follow up with issues regarding payments and obtaining order information
- Track and document the resolution process using order management and support systems
- Open inquiries using a ticketing system and track tickets to ensure speedy responses
- Communicate with customers via e-mail, phone and social media, responding to inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner
Requirements:
- At least 1+ year experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience working in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have strong ethics and discretion while handling customer information
- Great multitasking and problem-solving skills
