Office Manager (Chinese / Mandarin Speaking)
My client is a Chinese Financial Leasing company which is setting up an office in Dublin. We are recruiting for a Mandarin/Chinese speaking Office Manager to support their launch team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office related matters (reception, utilities, rent and property related matters etc.)
- Support travel booking and arrangement
- Support the visit of international clients and colleagues
- Manage and arrange quarterly board meetings
- Liaise with China HQ on project matters
- Occasional translation into English/Chinese/Mandarin
- Assist the hiring of new employees
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland without restriction (EU Passport holder of Stamp 4 visa)
- At least 2+ years' corporate administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and IT skills
- Highly professional and comfortable working with senior executives
- Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
