Aircraft Leasing VP Legal

My client is a major aircraft lessor based in Dublin who is looking for a VP Legal.

Primary responsibilities will be to manage the legal function regarding the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapid growth lessor.

Skills & Experience:


  • Law degree, with accreditation and license to practice in Ireland or England.
  • Minimum 7 years PQE.
  • Extensive aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm or from an in-house aircraft leasing company.
