Senior German Customer Success Manager - EMEA HQ American Tech Company
We are recruiting for an American Software company that are looking for a Senior German speaking Customer Success Manager. This company have a start-up environment and a strong work hard, play hard culture. They are looking for a vibrant candidate that has extensive account management experience in a fast paced environment.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Manager:- Act as point of contact for a large portfolio of customers
- Assist customers with onboarding of their teams
- Act as an advocate for new product features
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
What you need to have:- 4 + years’ experience in account management or support
- Proven track record in consistently over achieving your targets
- Honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and German
- Passion for helping customers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
