Danish, Swedish or Norwegian speaking Customer Service Agents.

GKR Search and Selection are currently recruiting for a team of Danish, Swedish or Norwegian speaking Customer Service Agents on behalf of our client.

Our client is an ecommerce company setting up a HQ in Dublin City Centre. The Customer Service team will communicate in Danish, Swedish and Norwegian to with clients and resolve problems through the use of e-mail and phone and consistently maintain an excellent standard of service.


Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent:

  • Interact with international clients and customers within the Nordic market.
  • Assess customer accounts and correct any billing errors.
  • Obtain and develop an excellent knowledge of products and services that are offered.
  • Work to resolve customer problems and follow up with logistics companies, payment companies etc.
  • Open inquiries using a ticketing system and track tickets to ensure speedy responses.
  • Respond to inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner via e-mail and phone.
  • Track customer cases using order management and support systems.
  • Meet deadlines and work confidently under pressure.
Your requirements as a Customer Service Agent:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native level Danish, Swedish or Norwegian fluency.
  • Call Centre or customer service experience in a financial/banking/billing environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail.
  • Ability to evaluate and analytically assess different situations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and use initiative to bring resolution to problems.
  • Availability to attend 2 weeks of full time training 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday is essential.
  • Available to work any shift between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday.
