Out client is a global leader in digital commerce that is establishing a UK/Ireland Support Team in Dublin. We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join this new team. This is an excellent opportunity to join in the start-up stage for a high profile international company.
What you’ll get to do:- Focus on the quality of customer interaction by the team and ensure company standards are maintained.
- Provide feedback on performance to management, advising on quality improvement.
- Analyse data, identifying trends and create process improvement reports.
- Be involved with quality training for new and existing team members.
- Coordinate quality calibration sessions with management.
- Minimum 2 years of Call/Contact Centre experience with at least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience in a Call/Contact Centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of Call/Contact Centre technologies.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service skills.
- Ability to identify quality issues and recommend improvements on performance.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
