We are recruiting for a Technical Support Representative for a rapid-growth American software company with an EMEA HQ in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an exciting software business, with a great work culture and excellent career progression opportunities. This role is on a temporary contract with a view to permanency.
Responsibilities:- Ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction.
- You will assist and advise customers with all technical support issues: any product issues and requests including software installation, activation and upgrades with the end goal of delivering an exceptional experience.
- Test the products for bug reports and feature requests.
- Pro-actively make suggestions and develop initiatives for improving customer experience as a whole.
Requirements:- 2+ years’ experience in a software company providing technical support.
- A passion for helping customers.
- Experience working in a windows environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong level of technical literacy, excellent knowledge of Internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office products.
- Degree in IT related area is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
