Spanish Software Renewal Representative–(Galway)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a US Tech company setting up an EMEA operation in Galway. They have a requirement for Spanish Software Renewal Representatives to join their new EMEA office in Galway. 

Your role as Software Renewal Representative:

• Drive revenue and growth.
• Manage the closure of renewal contracts and recognise opportunities to create new contract relationships.
• Know the product inside out and be able to explain it and its benefits to potential customers.
• Pursue customers proactively in order to drive new maintenance contract opportunities.
• Recognise and take advantage of add on sales or cross selling opportunities.
• Collect customer data and manage a database of their information to ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
• Participate in meetings and territory plans.

• 2+ years' experience in software sales, with a focus on renewals.
• The ability to drive sales, create new customers and increase revenue and growth.
• A track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is a requirement
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
• The ability to thrive under pressure, perform in a demanding environment and prioritise projects.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
