In partnership with a Large Scale Organisation, we are looking for a Project Manager with Lean experience to join a Robotics team in Dublin. As a Project Manager you will utilise the project management life-cycle and Lean methodology to drive the successful completion of numerous innovative projects. This position will suit someone with extensive project management experience and a great can-do attitude.
A day in the life of the Project Manager- Drive the completion of projects to deadlines and dates
- Lead project meetings - up to 20 at a time
- Initiate project scoping efforts
- Cultivate project plans and drive projects to successful outcomes
- Manage projects through each phase of the project life-cycle
- Proactively troubleshoot issues/risks throughout the project life-cycle
- Update stakeholders on project status
- Lead and partner with cross-functional project teams
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong ability to drive teams with a can-do attitude essential
- Lean certification a distinct advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Certificate or equivalent an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Project Management Life-cycle and Methodologies
- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with co-workers and management
- Can work autonomously while maintaining a high-level of transparency into key decisions and issues
- Effective problem solver
- Proven track record in conflict management and resolution.
