Aircraft Leasing Senior Procurement Manager
A high profile aircraft leasing company is looking for an experienced Aircraft Leasing Senior Procurement Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients and 3rd party providers to establish configuration requirements for both interior and airframe options for new aircraft
- Develop key client and supplier relationships
- Negotiate on key price proposals and service contracts on behalf of the company
- Provide procurement input into aircraft lease terms
- Manage all issues and queries that arise within the department
- Oversee the preparation, processing and review of purchase orders
- Review, sign off and validate invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Aviation experience required
- 5+ years’ experience in a procurement role with a lessor, airline, MRO or OEM
- Extensive vendor management and negotiation experience essential
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft parts
- Available to travel at short notice
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
