Technical Account Manager – Pre-IPO eCommerce Startup, Dublin.
We have been retained by a successful pre-IPO eCommerce client with an office in Dublin City Centre. Out client is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their StartUp office where you will engage with marketing leading brands.
In this role, you will provide support for the eCommerce partners and facilitate in all aspects of Account Management from on-boarding to technical troubleshooting in accordance with best in class guidelines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great customer and business management skills to join a highly successful Pre-IPO StartUp company.
What you’ll get to do:- Manage tier 1 clients, focusing on maintaining and building a solid relationship, resulting in retained or increased business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams includes Engineering and Sales to resolve issues and deliver on targets.
- Efficiently deal with client communication to resolves issues and monitor performance.
- Ensure company processes are correctly implemented and SLAs are met.
- Prepare reports on customer activity and review statistics to identify usage gaps.
- 4+ years of Customer Success experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of My SQL or Oracle DBs.
- Scripting ability (PHP, Perl, PHP or another scripting language).
- Knowledge of XML and SOAP.
- Adept at time management with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
