Our client is a leading Aircraft Leasing company looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Dublin office. Reporting to the VP Corporate Legal, this is an excellent opportunity for career progression.
Responsibilities:- Support the corporate legal team in all transactional processes.
- Ensure that all legal documentation is prepared in line with terms and conditions
- Support with the drafting of LOI’s and servicing agreements
- Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised on internal database in accordance to company procedure.
- Assist with the preparation of internal reports
Requirements:
- Third level degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience in the aircraft leasing industry or legal firm.
- Previous transaction experience essential.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
