Technical Support Lead – Nordics (30 Days Holidays - Immediate Interview)
Our client is a global leader in Digital Commerce that is establishing a Nordics Support Team in Dublin. We are looking for a Technical Support Lead to set up this new team. This is an excellent opportunity to join in the start-up stage for a high profile international company.
What you’ll do:- Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Technical Support Lead will ensure customer satisfaction is maintained for the Nordics region.
- Provide Technical Support Leadership in a challenging environment.
- Monitor and escalation processes, KPIs and complaints.
- Collaborate with other key teams and projects as necessary.
- Ensure the implementation of various European projects.
- Instigate improvements on support team problem solving abilities.
- Produce statistical reports for your team and other support-related projects.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following; Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
- Previous Technical Support Lead experience an advantage.
- At least one year of experience external helpdesk Customer Support.
- Good Windows Desktop and Networking troubleshooting capability.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets.
- Strong MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
