Description

Our client, a dynamic financial services organisation, is currently looking for an HR Executive to join their Dublin team for an 11 month contract.

Working in close partnership across the business, the successful applicant will work to maintain the smooth running of the HR function, improve processes and ensure compliance across a number of HR services.

As such, the successful applicant will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payroll information and prepare payroll files for outsourced payroll partners.
  • Review and continuously improve all payroll related processes including gathering of data, reporting and benefits administration.
  • Onboarding and administration of new starters and leavers ( including contracts, welcome packs, recruitment and assisting new starts with bank account set up etc.)
  • Manage the bi-annual performance management process
  • Maintain the Human Resources database and ensure that required forms, letters and entitlements are recorded effectively
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers across the full HR spectrum (leave, payroll, benefits etc.)

It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following experience an attributes:

  • 5+ years experience in a HR role within a corporate environment.
  • Experience with payroll information, reports and associated activities.
  • Strong HR systems experience.
  • HR qualification.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • High degree of reliability and discretion.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English essential (additional languages advantageous but not essential).
  • Advanced and efficient knowledge of MS Excel.

This is an 11 month fixed term contract role with remuneration in the range of €40-50k (pro-rated) depending upon experience.
