An excellent Project Manager opportunity has become available with a leading Corporate Client in Dublin City Centre. As the Project Manager, you will lead strategic IT initiatives to redefine a prestigious portfolio. This position will suit a PMI or Prince certified Project Manager which a strong focus on quality.  
What you’ll do:
 

• Work with the IT team and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of Projects across multiple departments.
• Manage projects from end to end using Prince II and Agile methodologies.
• Oversee BAU Release Management for applications and manage the change requests to completion.
• Interact with technical teams that include project managers, systems consultants and testers.
• Effectively document and administrate according to policies and procedures and ensure compliance with SOX and security standards.
• Ensure risk is minimised through performance level monitoring.

• IT or Science Degree qualified, preferably to Masters level.
• 5+ years IT Project Management experience with 2+ years in a financial organisation, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Prince II or PMI certified.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of back and middle office applications.
• Experienced with vendor management and outsourced environments.
• Ability to be hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
