Treasury Manager

Our client, an established and growing multinational technology organisation, currently require a Treasury Manager to play a key role within their small treasury team that cover a broad range of Securitisation, Regulatory, FX, ALM and Cash Management responsibilities.

Based in Dublin and reporting directly to the Head of Treasury, this role holder will have the following duties and responsibilities:  
  

Support and manage banking regulatory requirements (LCR, NSFR etc...)

Secured lending facilities - securitisations and asset backed loans

Execute money market (Buy and sell) and FX hedging transactions 

Support in the build out of a deposit base

Support activities related to capital structure decisions and prepare liquidity stress testing

Ensure robust systems are in place, develop models to improve cash flow forecasting and generate appropriate reports to support decisions

Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business segment requirements

Provide recommendations for financial plans, funding plans, trending future requirements, cash forecasts etc... 
  
It is therefore anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes: 

10 years’ experience within a Bank Treasury environment

Excellent knowledge of banking regulation (particularly around liquidity / contingent liquidity)

Experience with debt issuance facilities (particularly secure lending facilities)

Knowledge of FX and Money Market instruments

Excellent communication skills

Highly analytical and advanced problem solving skills
