Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant

GKR Search and Selection is a boutique recruitment agency based in the heart of Dublin City. Due to significant growth and after securing a number of exciting new contracts we are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant/Recruiter with a real interested in technology to join the IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing quality candidates through a range of sources including our database, social media and other online tools. We have invested heavily in this area so everything is at your fingertips.
• Interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Meeting client targets and managing client Preferred Supplier Agreement relationships.
• Arranging and attending client meetings online and face to face to assess requirements.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Constantly seeking innovative ways of sourcing candidates and candidate assessment.

• Successful applicants will ideally hold a third level qualification – preferably from an IT related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology in general.
• Have a strong personal, academic and sales track record of achievement.
• Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years sales and or recruitment experience.
• Excellent phone manner and excellent customer service skills.
• Good business sense and a confident manner.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail whilst under pressure.
• Excellent team player.
