Description

Our client is a highly successful American software consulting company seeking an ambitious and talented Sales Leader, responsible for selling their enterprise software solutions to EMEA. You will use a consultative approach to sell solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise and be one of the first members of their Dublin office.

 
Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle both hunting new business and increasing revenue with current customers
  • Continually ensure  strong sales pipeline
  • 50/50 mixture of New account development and Up-sell Opportunities with existing business.
  • Identify new accounts in EMEA, prospect, build relationships, close deals.
  • Qualifying, and closing Website-generated Trials and Marketing-generated Leads.
  • Nurturing young opportunities to the point that they are ready to enter a sales cycle.
  • Use Salesforce.com for time and territory management
  • Travel around EMEA to meet prospective clients and build relationships, as necessary
 
Requirements:
  • Proven track record closing new business with mid-market and/or enterprise customers across multiple industries.
  • Previous experience selling Cloud, Business Applications and/or Solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, in addition to formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • Driven and ambitious, goal oriented
