Aircraft Leasing - Senior Technical Asset Manager
A global aircraft leasing client is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Asset Manager to join their team in Dublin.
They will be responsible for all aspects of technical administration between the Lessor and Lessees across various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Airworthiness Directives (AD) and other regulatory changes
- Manage the tracking of all lessee aircraft status including utilization reports, regulatory compliance and required licenses
- Review and approve all maintenance workscopes
- Approve maintenance reserve claims
- Schedule all annual aircraft inspections and airline audits
- Management of technical records, responsibility for up to date management of records system
- Planning and management of aircraft lease transitions
- Support new aircraft deliveries
- Oversee technical consultants
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Management
- 5+ years' experience in aircraft leasing, airline management aerospace industry
- Experience using AerData or FLYdocs software
- Excellent knowledge of technical and commercial provisions of contracts
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs and costings
- Financial acumen is a must
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams across the company
