Aircraft Leasing Technical Project Manager
An aircraft leasing client is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join their team in Dublin.
You will play a vital role managing deliveries, redeliveries and repossession of assets as well as being responsible for lease negotiations, issue resolution and third-party relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Technical oversight and management of transitions
- Management of multiple onsite technical teams
- Technical input for aircraft purchase and lease documentation negotiations
- Be an integral member of the deal team
- Review and approve maintenance reserve claims
- Pricing of aircraft specifications
- Maintenance cost projections
- Relationship management with OEMs, MROs, engine shops and Aviation authorities
- Budget management for projects
- Technical due diligence on airline customers
- Oversight of registration/deregistration of aircraft
- Management of technical records
- Liaise with inter-departmental teams on any technical requirements they have
- Relationship management of all 3rd party providers
Requirements:
- Relevant third level qualification or licensed engineer
- Extensive shop floor and /or operational experience in aircraft maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of all technical aspects of lease agreements
- Previous experience managing aircraft deliveries and transitions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams across the company
- Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
