Aircraft Leasing Paralegal

Our client is a leading Aircraft Leasing company based in Dublin City Centre, they are looking for a Paralegal to support their legal team in many areas such as transactions, litigation and restructuring.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide document and transaction support to the legal team

  • Structuring and drafting of various legal agreements

  • Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties

  • Liaise with internal departments answering and resolving contract disparities and other contract queries

  • Provide additional support as required by senior team members

  • Support internal offices in all transactional processes

  • Network and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and partners such as airlines, banks etc.


 

Requirements:

  • Third level degree in a relevant discipline

  • 2-5 years' experience drafting legal documents essential

  • Experience in the aircraft leasing industry desirable

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Knowledge of databases and document management systems

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Third level degree or relevant work experience
