Our Client is a Rapid-Growth American Software company with an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are pre-IPO with offices all over the globe and looking to recruit top software sales talent for their EMEA HQ.
What you will do as Mid-Market Account Executive:
- Drive new business within the DACH Market.
- Develop and execute territory plans that include target accounts and prospects.
- Responsible for the full sales cycle from conception to close, you will also be involved in drawing up contracts and managing your accounts.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements.
- Build and develop customer relationships.
- Update forecast and opportunity to ensure accurate territory forecasts.
- Actively contribute to the EMEA Sales teams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.
What you need:
- 5 years+ sales experience, preferably within a Software Sales environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
- Fluent German and English.
- Proven abilities in a customer- oriented, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through.
- Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and drive.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical-thinking abilities.
