Aircraft Leasing Asset Administrator
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Aircraft Leasing company in Dublin and gain valuable industry experience within the technical contracts management team.
Responsibilities:- Manage Maintenance Reserve information for the department, including Maintenance Rates and recording of utilisation
- Ensure all utilisation reports are received from the company's lessees
- Update the company's contract management system with all relevant and up to date utilisation reports
- Follow up on asset removal notifications
- Ensure management are notified of any changes
- Prepare maintenance reserve invoices
- Ensure the entire team are kept updated of all technical events and maintenance claims
- Knowledge of SOX compliance procedures
Requirements:- A university honours degree
- 1+ year's relevant work experience or completion of graduate programme
- Aircraft leasing experience preferable
- Keen interest in gaining exposure the aircraft leasing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
