Chinese Speaking Office Support Manager
We are seeking a Chinese speaking Office Support Manager with at least 2 years' experience to support a management team in an aircraft leasing company based in Dublin city centre.
Responsibilities:- First point of contact for all business enquiries
- Management of all project related documentation
- Liaise with accounting on finance related issues
- Liaise with Head Office teams in Shanghai
- Manage the on-boarding of all new employees
- Assisting to establish processes and procedures in a new office
- Assisting with the recruitment process (setting up interviews, screening CV's, issuing employment contracts, keeping HR records).
- Screening emails and phone calls, answering and transferring queries for the department
- and managing the accruals process
- Manage calendars and diaries - schedule meetings, appointments and book events
- Manage and organise flights, taxis, accommodation and parking, and other travel related duties
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Take minutes at meetings and ensure that all data is managed and recorded efficiently and accurately
- Manage documentation such as invoices of purchase orders, expense claims, etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese essential - fully proficient
- Must be eligible to work full time in Ireland without restriction
- At least 2+ years' administration experience (HR or finance experience an advantage)
- Fluent English and outstanding communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and IT skills/tech savvy
- Highly professional and comfortable working with senior executives
- Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic team-player
