Job overview
We are currently seeking an Aircraft Leasing Corporate Legal Counsel. Reporting to the SVP legal in Dublin, the successful candidate will help lead the Irish compliance, company regulation, and anti-money laundering.
Technical and job-specific requirements
- Minimum of three to four years’ experience in Aviation Leasing company compliance.
- Anti-Money laundering experience
Essential Functions
- Monitor compliance with relevant policies
- Keep File Plan up to date
- Assist legal personnel in gathering the inputs necessary to keep the track of the aircraft financing activity.
- Point person for management of legal invoice process
- Enforce law firm billing guidelines and propose enhancements and refinements
- Point person for legal counsel fee accruals – liaison with law firms and accounting personnel within the team
- Be responsible for obtaining input into and circulating meeting materials.
